Rajarajan - Ego, attitude, chauvinism idhellam illadha oru arumaiyana character. He knows very well that Angai doesn't like him. He also understands that she is justified in her stand. To ignore her dislike and making efforts to live with her is really a big blow to his self esteem. Still he does that. Even at the end it's he who comes to meet her ignoring her indifference. Such qualities are rare to be found in men either educated or uneducated.
He practically handles the problems faced by them with Mano and Anbazhagan's support without ego. He is good in judging his own family's weakness and Angai family's strength.
Finally he didn't give any opinion about Rajalakshmi.
His answers to her were very honest.
